Hilary Dionne is a marketing analytics executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, and currently is the SVP of Channel Operations at Jobcase Inc. Here, she leads a team of Growth Marketers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists and Creative Designers who are focused on growing new member acquisition and manage over $2mm/month in paid media spend across SEM, display, affiliate, retargeting and social. Jobcase is a social media tech startup in Kendall Square, Cambridge MA whose mission is to connect the world’s workforce to empower them in their vocational, professional, and volunteering pursuits. Sometimes referred to as a "blue collar LinkedIn", Jobcase strives to help people find jobs and bridge the skills gap in today's workforce. Jobcase partners with many non-profits in addition to many Fortune 500 employers.
Before joining Jobcase, Hilary led Customer and Marketing Analytics at the tech startup Zmags, which was acquired by the Gores Group in 2013. Zmags developed a digital media platform that empowers marketing and ecommerce professionals to create engaging digital experiences such as shoppable content. She also worked for several years in market research and strategy consulting at MaPS, now known as the Analytics Practice within Kantar Millward Brown.
Hilary is a graduate of Dartmouth College, where she double-majored in Economics and English with a focus in Old and New Media Studies. Hilary now competes as an elite marathoner in the women's field in the Boston Marathon, her favorite race. She also competed in the 2016 Olympic Trials in LA. In Boston 2015, she placed 15th among women and got her 15-minutes in the spotlight after crossing the finish line hand-in-hand with 2014 champion Meb Keflezghi. Hilary is a member of the Craft Concept Racing team, founded in 2015 as a group of non-professional but highly competitive female runners in the Greater Boston Area.
