coaching since 2018
I found running when I was a young girl in middle school and have not looked back since. Running makes me feel empowered, motivated, and confident while it also helps me regulate my stress and anxiety levels. For me, running is so much more than crossing a finish line or setting a new PR (but let’s be honest, that is always an incredible feeling!). Running defines a part of me and makes my heart feel complete.
I am excited to join Title IX Girls Running Club as a coach and hope to show girls that running is a tool they will always have to help navigate life when it gets tricky and challenging. I am also eager to learn more about life through their eyes and the ways running impacts them.
Outside of coaching and work as a dietitian, I love to be in the kitchen cooking from new cookbooks or trying out my own recipes. I also love the outdoors and try to escape the city whenever I can.
