coaching since summer 2017

Andrea Heller is a Program Coordinator for the Center for Wellness and Health Promotion and the Office of Alcohol and Other Drug Services at Harvard University. She is also a Yoga Instructor and Certified Adult Distance Running Coach.

Prior to her current role at Harvard University Health Services, Andrea has worked for the MBA Program at Harvard Business School and as a Faculty Assistant at the Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. She holds a BA in Psychology from Boston College, an MS in Global Studies and International Relations from Northeastern University, and is planning on returning to school for a Master's in Social Work in 2019. Andrea's goal is to work in holistic health and wellness programming/counseling to help people lead healthier lives.

Andrea is an avid runner and yogi and has been coaching for Title IX Girls Running Club since summer of 2017. She loves to travel and never passes up an opportunity for a new adventure. In her spare time, Andrea likes to read, listen to music/podcasts, study Eastern philosophies, such as Buddhism, meditation, and Ayurveda, that inform her interests in holistic health and wellness—and, of course, run!
