Amber Stepper is a marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in the sector, and expertise in global marketing, digital strategy, brand planning and product development. She is currently VP, Strategy at Charles River Interactive, an award-winning marketing firm, where she advises top tier global organizations including IBM, General Electric, MIT, UNICEF, Adidas and Boston Children’s Hospital.
Prior to joining Charles River Interactive, Amber was Vice President of Global Marketing (CMO) at National Amusements, a global leader in entertainment and parent company of Viacom and CBS. In this role, she led marketing and brand strategy across the corporation in the US, UK and South America, generating annual sales in excess of $500 million. Amber has held roles at global advertising agencies, including Digitas and VML, where she managed client engagements for Dunkin’ Donuts, Baskin-Robbins, and General Motors.
In addition to her involvement with Title IX Girls, Amber also serves as a member of the WGBH Corporate Executive Council. She is active in the Boston University community as well, serving as a volunteer and alumni director for the Questrom School of Business, where she received her Bachelor of Science in Business. Amber recently completed MIT’s Strategy & Innovation Certification from the Sloan School of Management, and currently resides in Norwood, MA with her husband and two young daughters.
